New Online English Class for Santhasolai Village, Vavuniya
Learning a new language can be an enjoyable experience at any age. People learn new languages for many different reasons, such as travel or work, and the benefits can be incredibly worthwhile, whatever the reason. Learning a foreign language can help you gain cultural knowledge and feel more confident when traveling. It;s also true that learning a second language boosts brain function. According to studies, people who speak more than one language have better memory, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, enhanced concentration, multitasking ability, and better listening skills.
The language of science, aviation, computers, diplomacy, and tourism is English. Knowing English improves your chances of landing a good job in a multinational corporation in your home country or finding work abroad. It also the language of international communication, the media, and the internet, so learning English is useful for both socializing and working.
In that case we Pumi Tech (Pvt) Ltd decided to expand our projects to help the students who love to study. Firstly, we started a new online class at Institute of Technical Education in Nochchimoddai. It was very successful. So, we decided to expand our work as we mention before. Now we started a new class at Santhasolai village. We do our online English class at Kalaivaani Preschool’s building.
Santhasolai is a village with poor and kind people. They can’t afford extra class fees. We do this as a charity to help those kids to win the world as much as they can. Helping someone is a great feeling. Pumi Tech (Pvt) Ltd support and maintain this online English class. Also, we would like to thank Mr. Kayan Kanesalingam for helping us to conduct this class. It is a new experience to the students as well.
We start this class at 3.30 pm and end at 5.30 pm. On very first day there were students about to 15. As a first day it is a good number. Teaching is not just an easy thing. We want qualified teacher for that. Our teacher who conducts this class is a IELTS qualified teacher. We do our works with full of responsibility.
They were look happy about the class and they enjoyed it. They asked questions and listen to the lesson very well. Finally, we asked their ideas about the class. They said they will come to the class next day as well and the said teacher also good, she explained very well. They are interesting the way the teacher taught them. We can say that we Pumi Tech (Pvt) Ltd are doing great job now. We hope to expand this class for more areas. Now our English class is not limited to Nochcimoddai. Special thank for the teacher and the members who help us to do this class well.
